Founding partner of the firm with over 35 years' experience in the field of employment/labour law and Social Security. His constant involvement in employment and labour ongoing advice over the years has given him extensive and varied experience, both within the legal field and also especially in the definition of strategies in employment policies. He has also been involved in many corporate restructurings, major legal cases, collective redundancy procedures, changing in working conditions and collective bargaining.
He has negotiated numerous sectoral and companies collective bargaining agreements, as well as corporate collective agreements.
He has also given ongoing advice to a significant number of top managers and senior managers in the drafting of their employment contracts and remuneration systems, as well as to board members of governing bodies in the definition of their professional relationship with their companies.
He has lectured for over 25 years at various Master's programmes at business schools such as ESADE and EAE.
