Maria is a member of the payroll management department and has previously provided legal employment advice in German law firms.
She has experience in assisting in a wide range of conciliation and judicial proceedings, among others, as well as ongoing employment advice, such as the drafting of dismissal letters, warning letters, contractual modifications, etc. and all types of resolution of employment and Social Security consultations.
She currently combines payroll management with employment consultancy work. She is responsible for a range of clients concerning payroll preparation and all connected payroll management steps.
